Our stay was decent, great value. The selection of decent cheese, bacon and pastries was a bonus. Incredible garden and good pool area. Local beers and coffee in the bistro bar, secure parking place. The hotel was centrally situated.
-
Above average breakfast, very big bed, friendly efficient staff.
-
View was gorgeous, breakfast was delicious, and beds were fine. All employees were competent and smiled at me. Value for money unit with a homey decor. Having different complementary drinks in the main bar was a very nice touch.
-
It was quite clean and comfy place, very adequate rooms. Absolutely stunning view of horses. Riverside location, near museum of the history of science.
-
Irish bar and great pool. A good beach, nice view. Also, the covered market was max 25 minutes walk to.

We were there for 2 nights, overall had a fine stay. The location was just wonderful, not too far from a medieval gothic and romanesque cathedral.

Staff were helpful & breakfast was really good. Moreover, we parked on site. Adjacent to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot.

The hotel is great, very clean. Paid £12.95 per person per day for breakfast, totally worth it. Loved the single bed.

Poor reception staff. Told us the room was not booked and that the company we booked with had gone bankrupt. They hadn’t and had paid the hotel it ruined our anniversary break which we have had for the last thirty years. Charging now for parking! Everything even being charged twice for a cold breakfast was blamed on a system error. Paid for superior room yet above kitchen with all the noise to go with it. Worse stay in a hotel I think I have ever had.

Stayed at the Oxford Spires last night with dinner included in the price. The service we received was excellent, the young lad Mowassa was an excellent waiter who was very friendly and welcoming. The food was excellent as was the breakfast and it is a lovely 10 minute walk to town along the riverside

Convenient modern hotel 10 mins walk from city centre. Rooms fine if a little tatty. Regular weddings and other group events.
